What Makes Risepointe Different?
We get that investing in your building can feel risky and the process can be overwhelming. Risepointe is a unique architecture and design firm where the leadership team is comprised of former pastors, school administrators, and church leaders. Unlike traditional architecture firms, we are not only professionals in design and construction; we are deeply connected to the faith-based community, bringing first-hand experience as end-users.
Our understanding of the needs and challenges of churches, Christian schools, and faith-based non-profits allows us to create spaces that are not only architecturally exceptional but also aligned with your mission and vision, empowering growth and Kingdom impact.
Partnering with Risepointe means that you have a team who is informed by a Christian worldview and understands that your faith, values, and vision can be expressed in your educational spaces.

Frequently Asked Questions
What services do you offer?
Nationwide licensed architecture, interior design, graphic design, project planning, master planning, and strategy for churches and Christian schools.
What types of projects do you specialize in?
Non-profit, budget-critical projects where Kingdom impact is the end result. We work with growing churches, Christian schools, Christian preschools, and non-profits.
How do I know if I need an architect for my project?
A licensed architect or design firm like Risepointe is needed if you are moving walls, or if you need an industry expert to weigh in on the right next step for facility improvements for your organization.Â
What sets your firm apart from others?
Since we specialize in Christian schools and churches, we bring nationwide best practices and expertise to every project.
What is your design philosophy?
How do you balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost? By carefully measuring the impact of our design choices, specifically for guests or new parents, we are able to prioritize spend that results in Kingdom growth.
What is the typical process for working with Risepointe?
Most organizations that work with Risepointe choose to do a Needs Analysisâ„¢ to start. This allows us to map out the long-term plan for ministry on your campus, the right next steps or projects, identify any low-hanging fruit that might produce momentum, and identify costs associated with projects to allow for decision-making. This typically provides leadership with the necessary decision points, BEFORE we jump into design and engineering.Â
How involved will I be in the design process?
Lots
Do you handle permits and zoning approvals?
Risepointe will assist you with all documents necessary for obtaining your building permit. We work all across the country in some of the most difficult and stringent jurisdictions. We do this for a living, and we got you.Â
How much do architectural services cost?
We don’t work on a percentage basis. That motivates the wrong thing. We quote you a flat rate up front.Â
How do you help manage project costs?
We create a full project cost picture at the beginning, including all construction, soft costs, owner costs, AV and furniture costs, and then we work with a trusted local contractor who will help keep the design on budget.Â
Do you work with contractors, or do I need to find my own?
We help you find and vet the right local contractor for your project.Â
Do you provide 3D renderings or virtual walkthroughs?
All the time, that’s the fun part of what we do, and it’s critical when raising money.Â
